Please read the following information carefully to ensure that the booking process goes as smoothly as possible and to avoid any inconvenience. 

 

LOCATION

  • All appointments are based in Pontefract.

 

COVID19

  • Upon arrival you will be required to wash your hands. It is advised that you wash your hands for at least 30 seconds to a minute.
  • It is compulsory that you always wear a mask whilst at the salon.
  • If you are feeling unwell or showing any symptoms please avoid attending your appointment. Please either cancel or reschedule for a later date.

 

CORNROWS  

  • Cornrows are available for an additional charge of £10. 
  • Please come with your hair pre washed and blow-dried.
  • Should you wish to come to your appointment with cornrows please arrive with your hair in (RECENTLY DONE) flat cornrows (10-16 lines) 

 

DEPOSITS

  • All appointments or services require a non- refundable £20 deposit.
  • Your deposit will go towards the appointment/service. This will be deducted from the total price; the remaining amount must be paid in full when you arrive at your appointment/collection.
  • Any services booked for delivery; full price must be paid before the item can be shipped.

 

EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS/ SERVICES

  • Emergency appointments are at an additional charge of £30.
  • Any appointments or services booked within 48 hours notice will be recognised as an emergency appointment.
  • Any colouring services booked 5 days prior to your appointment will also be recognised as an emergency appointment.
  • Any 'hair drop-off's' received outside the 'hair drop-offs' policy's window will be recognised as an emergency appointment.
  • Please ensure you have read the 'hair drop off's' policy to avoid any inconvenience.
  • Leniency on the 'emergency appointments' policy is on a discretionary basis, however, if we are of receipt of the hair within 48 hours of your appointment and 5 days of colouring services you will incur a emergency appointment charge.

 

SHIPPING

  • When booking contactless services that require shipping please book the date of which you would like the product to be finished by, then select the correct shipping option and complete your booking.
  • Please allow 2-5 working days for UK orders and 7-14 days for orders outside the UK to arrive from the date of dispatch.

 

PAYMENTS

  • When booking, payments can be made via Card or PayPal.
  • At your appointment there is an additional option to pay by cash.

  • Yes, to purchase any official Fleeka Styles wigs, hair extensions, merchandise, etc... please visit our website FleekaStyles.com

HAIR DROP-OFFS

Should you wish to provide your own hair please read the following information to guide you:

  • Please ensure the hair you provide is of good quality; if your bundles or lace systems are of bad quality, we will not be able to perform any services with them.
  • For all the services on offer we need to be in receipt of the hair at least 3 days prior to the appointment.
  • Should the service include hair colouring then we need to be in receipt of the hair at least 7 working days prior to the appointment.
  • Please ensure your name and contact number are within the bag when dropping off your hair.
  • If you have picked a service that requires shipping you will need to pay in full before the service is completed and shipped back to you.
  • Should any hair drop offs be made outside these windows the service/ appointment will incur an emergency appointment charge.
  • Please ensure you have read the 'emergency appointments' policy to avoid any inconvenience.
  • Leniency on the 'emergency appointments' policy is on a discretionary basis, however, if we are receipt of the hair within 48 hours of your appointment you will incur a emergency appointment charge.

 

RECOMMENDATION

  • Frontal units: minimum of 2 bundles for lengths below 16” and 3 for longer lengths.
  • Closure units - 4x4/ 5x5 bundles: minimum of 3 bundles for lengths below 16” and 4 for longer lengths.
  • Mini frontal closure units - 6x6/ 7x7 bundles: minimum of 2 bundles for lengths below 16” and 3 for longer lengths.
  • If you would like a closure or glue-less wig but still want the appearance of a frontal or the ability to part your hair in multiple ways, we recommend a 5x5, 6x6 or 7x7 closure.
  • Glue-less wigs services: 4x4,5x5,6x6,7x7 are best recommended.
  • All frontals will require an adhesive installation as we do not provide a glue less fitting for this service yet.
  • Low hair line: we recommend 13x6, 5x5, 6x6, 7x7 lace closures/ frontals.
  • We do not accept T-Part wigs.

 

LACE RECOMMENDATIONS/ COLOUR

  • It is always best to get a lace colour which is lighter rather than darker if you are unsure as we can always make the lace darker but cannot make it lighter.
  • HD/ Transparent lace is best suitable for all skin types.
  • If you are of a lighter complexion, we would recommend for you to purchase HD/ Transparent/ Light brown lace.
  • If you are of a brown or darker complexion, we recommend medium brown lace.
  • Aim for a pre-plucked less dense frontal or closure.
  • Thin lace is recommended for the best results.
  • We do not accept or install T-Part wigs.

 

 REVAMPING

  • If your Lace Frontal/Closure is damaged, you may be required to purchase a replacement.
  • If your Bundles are of bad quality, we will not be able to perform any colouring services with them.
  • We do not offer revamping services on over-used frontals/ closures.

 

MEASUREMENTS

  • We require your measurements to make a custom wig unit.
  • Please click any of the links below for instructions on how measure your head.
  • Please send your CORRECT measurements in inches or centimetres.
  • You can write your measurements in the text box when completing the booking.
  • NO CUSTOM MADE UNITS CAN BE MADE WITHOUT MEASUREMENTS.

 

LATE FEE

  • If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment there will be a £10 late fee.
  • If you are 25 minutes late to your appointment there will be a £20 late fee
  • If you are 30 minutes late to your appointment there will be a £30 late fee
  • If we have bookings back to back after 35 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.
  • Leniency on this matter is on a discretionary basis, however, if you are any later than 35 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, your deposit will be lost and you will need to reschedule.

 

RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS/ SERVICES

  • Appointments can be rescheduled; your deposit will not be lost and you will not incur any additional charges unless this is within an emergency appointment period.

 

CANCELLATIONS

  • All deposits are Non-Refundable including cancellations. You will need to notify us to cancel your appointment.

 

COMPLAINTS

  • We understand that sometimes you may not be satisfied with the service you have received or the outcome. We would appreciate if you could let us know how you feel or if you have any grievances. We are more than happy to try and accommodate any corrections within 72 hours of your appointments.
